In line with the company philosophy of looking to the future and "putting something back", just like the old fashioned aprenticeships, Timberland runs a scheme of taking on selected youngsters who demonstrate an aptitude to be trained to be the fitters of the future. These youngsters only ever work under close supervision and watchful eye of our experienced professionals.
