Quality that shows

The Standard Timberland flooring is 15mm thick with a selected 4mm top hardwood layer, central fast growing softwood / hevea core to provide the stiffening and weight, and is capped on the back with a spruce peel veneer balancing layer.

This top hardwood surface is sufficiently thick to take 5 sandings and information from the manufacturers claims that it is usually 10-12 years between sandings.

Designed to stand the test of time

With Timberland you have a floor here with a life expectancy of over 60 years. Everything used in the manufacture of Timberland flooring is water based, All the glues are water based, as are the multi layers of acrylic lacquer on top, so there are no fumes or formaldehyde solvents slowly leaking out into the air.
This important consideration is legislation in Europe already, and is becoming an important consideration in the UK, so at Timberland we like to think we are ahead of current trends.

Timberlands unique six layer system is designed to provide quality that's built to last.
